Tukas, founded in 1962, bought out in 1967 by OYAK, 28% of its capital was floated on the Istanbul Stock Exchange in 1994 and 93.18% of its shares bought by Okullu Gıda Maddeleri, Cem Okullu ve Cengiz Okullu in 2014. Bugün sektöründe önemli bir paya sahip olan Tukaş, Torbalı ve Manyas’taki üretim tesislerinde salça ve domates ürünleri, konserve (sebze, şarküteri, bakliyat, hazır yemek), turşu, reçel, sos (ketçap, mayonez, acı biber sosu ve kahvaltılık sos) ve dondurulmuş gıda ürün gruplarından oluşan geniş ürün yelpazesini üretmektedir. 1967 yılında OYAK tarafından satın alınan, 1994 yılında %28’i halka arz edilen Tukaş’ın hisselerinin %93’ü Okullu Gıda Maddeleri, Cem Okullu ve Cengiz Okullu tarafından devralınmıştır.
