Many of these are being used as a Shared Service within and between different authorities Our projects to date are proven and working in areas such as IT Helpdesk, Section 106 Management, Case and Contact Management, Time Recording, Court & Document Bundling, Electronic Archiving, Contract Management, Complaints Management and Freedom of Information. What is more, it is 100% developed for the web (not just an old application that has been web enabled!). It can be part of a Cloud Computing Shared Service Environment either in-house or hosted by Tricostar. All solutions work seamlessly together in the same application environment and same database hardware. As part of our public sector offering we have developed web consortium software for local authorities to streamline the bidding for 3rd party work from other authorities, law firms and barristers.
