Our VPC, for example, includes antivirus and system hardening by default. Our commitment to security is also reflected in our certifications, such as ISO 27001 and our PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider status – the highest level of certification available. In fact, we were one of the very first in the UK to be certified against the new v3.2 standard and undergo rigorous on-site audits, network scans and penetration tests. IN-HOUSE SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTRE We’ve also invested heavily into our in-house Security Operations Centre (SOC) – this 24/7 facility is the command centre of our cyber security operations, staffed by trained, certified infosec professionals. It’s from our SOC that we offer our additional plug-in security services such as penetration testing and threat monitoring (SIEM).
