Since 1949 we have been compounding, granulating and extruding plastics for larg ... e industrial customers, and this way gained experience in numerous industry sectors. In coordination with our R&D department and through applying latest technologies, Meldon now develops customised extrusion profiles according to our clients’ needs. Regardless of whether it is about mono-, co-, tri- or quad-extrusions, our team will always find the perfect solution. If required our facilities can also fully automatically adapt profiles during the production process, for example by use of:  • adhesive strips, protective coatings, labels, etc.   • prints, such as barcodes, logos, etc.   • embedding of magnetic strips, strain gauges, flock tapes, etc. • drilling, stamping, and bending techniques. In addition, Meldon now also provides tailored pvc belts for food safe conveyor cleats and a broad range of sanitary applications, such as shower extrusions, metal profiles, and sanitary seals made out of silicone extrusions.
