In addition, ICS being part of worldwide shipping group GAC (Gulf Agency Company) where HSSE is strictly implemented. We are pleased to summarise our main activities here-under: SHIP AGENTS: ICS is licensed ship agency company. STEVEDORING: ICS is one of the oldest licensed stevedores working at Karachi Port. We have a history of handling all types of vessel. CFS AND CONTAINER YARD OPERATION: ICS is providing CFS facility to shipping lines at Karachi Port both East and West Wharfs, at the same time ICS is providing Container Yard facility to KICT at West Wharf. For the functions ICS has hired land from KPT at both the Wharfs. EMPTY CONTAINER DEPOT: We are operating empty container depots at TPX and Port Qasim where we store, repair, receive and deliver empty containers of various shipping lines. DRY AND REEFER CONTAINER REPAIR: We repair dry and reefer containers at our repairing facilities located at TPX and Port Qasim. Besides that we also provide repairing services at customer door step. Our repairing capacity is increasing by the passage of every day and our current strength is to repair approx. 200 Teus per day. REEFER MONITORING AND PTI SERVICES: We have trained staff and latest equipment for the purpose. We attended all segments related to reefer operations viz, PTI, attending to malfunctioning of reefer machinery at Terminal, on board vessel, on customer site. In addition ICS take care of larger volumes of reefer containers during the mango season and in particular the Kinno season. ICS also handled CA reefers as per instructions from customers. TRUCKING: And last but not the least we are one of the leading transporters at Karachi that provide shifting services to shipping lines. We have owned trucks and a pool of dedicated truckers to fulfil need of the shipping companies and terminals. Show more
