Our aim is to not simply be a mold and hot runner system supplier, but to act as business partner, working alongside the customer throughout the production process, offering integrated solutions for plastic product manufacture PROFILE The company, based in S.Polo di Piave, was founded by Maurizio Bazzo in 1987, with the target to design and build molds for plastic materials. In 2001 it gave birth to the HRSFlow division, targeted exclusively on hot runner systems for plastic injection molding. In 2004 it launched the Plastic Glazing technology, dedicated to injection compression molding technology and the production of large transparent polycarbonate surfaces. In 2009 the company had opened a new branch in Hangzhou, near Shanghai, for hot runners production dedicated to the Asian market. In 2010 the company introduced the Multitech line, the new hot runners line to produce fast cycle time and high production volumes components. In 2014 it acquired the French company ERMO, specialized in the production of high precision multicavity molds and it started to produce automotive lighting molds in the Chinese production site. In 2015 the company opened in Michigan its third production plant for the production of hot runners in the Americas. INglass is able to provide a24/7 global support both for ERMO molds and HRSflow hot runners system divisions thanks to direct branches and agents based in Americas, Asia, Oceania, Africa and Europe.
