How do we do that? -We start by providin ... g the base material for the fastener, domestic, or imported API 20E only -We then cut and plate our fasteners with a 18 to 20 micron thickness of Nickel -Cobalt, to ASTM B994 Sys. 1 -The electrochemical plating process is fully automated in order to provide consistancy through out each batch. How do we measure that? -We have a very nice lab based in the Woodlands, Texas, which all batch samples pass through before delivery. -Here we are able to not only run sample tests, but life-cycle tests, in which to determine when the fasters can be replaced. Why is that important? - This is important because knowing each batch and its exposure allows our end users to benefit from eliminating risk and eliminate excessive maintenance over 20 year period. What makes us different? - If you have not noticed yet, we extend the life of our product not only in the field but in the service you would expect from a fastener company. Having a partner who acts responsible rather than a Special Process that sells a commodity. - The protection we give our fasteners is as important as the fastener it self.
