ChitoTech was developed from a research facility for the study of natural biopolymers and their applications in healthcare. Th ... e manufacturing site of the company was established in 2004. It is the first company in the Middle East producing advanced wound care and hemostatic products. All ChitoTech products have the approval of Ministry of Health as well as CE and ISO13485 certificates. Our biological wound care dressings have patents from Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland(No1246650) and from England (No GB2358354). ChitoTech wound care dressings are suitable for a wide range of ulcers and burn wounds. Hemostatic products of ChitoTech are in different forms and are suitable for stopping venous and arterial bleedings. ChitoTech manufacturing site is situated in Eshtehard industrial estate with an area of 4800 m2. There are over 60 full time employees working at different sections. Quality and safety are central to the work of the ChitoTech team consisting of highly experienced research scientists and support. ChitoTech aims to offer consumers a safe, natural high quality alternative to chronic and acute wound care products and its focus is to research, design and manufacture the highest quality dressings.
