The Bank is registered with the Banking Supervision Commission as a private bank under No. (15) The Bank is registered with a total authorized capital of SP 5,000,000,000 representing 50,000,000 shares; with a par value of SP 100 per share. The Bank started its operations on 27 August 2007. The Bank's headquarter is located at Al Nijmah Square, Damascus – Syrian Arab Republic.
