YB Metallurgy founded in 2008 which is the leading firm of the industry and the endorsement of which is over 1 billion dollars. YB Metallurgy is maintaining its quality oriented development at Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone with facilities and brand new technological investments built on 700 thousand m2 area in total. In the facility with the capacity of producing reinforcing steel bars between ¯8-¯63 mm thanks to the investment of the Rolling Mill which has now been put into service, currently between ¯8- ¯32 mm of ribbed construction iron is being produced. The Arc Furnace, which is the first phase of the facility with the 2 billion tone liquid-steel treatment per year, is the “Telescopic type electrical arc furnace” which is the first application in the world made with German production standards.
