Alliance Steel (M) Sdn Bhd is a state owned joint-stock enterprise jointly by Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port International Group Co., Ltd and Guangxi ShengLong Metallurgical Co., Ltd，personally driven by heads of state of the two countries China Malaysia, the two governments to cooperate to build the key projects in MCKIP, it is the first park project. Strive to build “One Belt One Road” most competitive iron and steel enterprises. This project is designed by CISDI of MCC (Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd), and constructions being carry out by State-owned enterprises such as ShangHai BaoYe Group Corp., Ltd; China 19th Metallurgical Corporation; China 22MCC Group Corporation Ltd.,Ltd and Sinosteel Corporation. The total investment of this project is RM4.2 billion, which covering 710 acres of land, is expected to operate in 2017. When project is under production, it will mainly produce high-speed wire rod, bars and H beam with an annual production of 3.5 million tons. Alliance steel will become the most competitive iron and steel company with driving obtaining over thousand employment, and at the same time, it is also the first iron and steel company that produce H-shape steel with complete flow technology in ASEAN. After operation, Alliance Steel will be a transnational enterprises that gather production, processing, distribution and trade and leading metallurgical enterprises with advanced process technological equipment and varieties of specifications in Malaysia. After operation, with scientific development as the theme, with management as the main line, with innovation as driving force, Alliance Steel staunchly insisting on going on the new industrialized road with circular economy and Sustainable development.
