At its peak, Abigroup had a turnover in excess of $2 billion and employed more than 3000 people.
Abigroup’s success was built on its self-performance business model. It owned one of the largest plant and equipment fleets in the southern hemisphere, operated its own concrete precasting yards and had its own in-house expertise and blue collar workforce.
It was responsible for the successful delivery of some of the country’s largest and most important infrastructure projects including the M7 and M2 Motorways, Sir Leo Hielscher Bridge and Sydney’s Super Dome.
