ABI-LAB's is a 17,000 sq feet building with two floors with 16 labs. We are located 25 minutes from Boston and 35 minutes from Worcester Massachusetts in Natick, MA Business park. Our State of the art cell-Culture, Protein Purification and Protein Analysis space is already served 5 biotechnology companies, 2 more will join soon and we still have space available for 3 companies.
Our Facility Offers:
State-of-the-Art Infrastructure. ABI-LAB was open in Feb. 2016.

Refrigerator, freezer (-20°C, -80°C) and cryo storage

Flexible Lab Space. We are offering different lab-space options, from a few benches in a shared lab area, up to a thousand feet of dedicated lab space. Private offices are also available for rent.
Collaborative Atmosphere. We offer a modern and open reception area, two kitchens, and two conferences rooms to stimulate discussions that allows collaborative thought-sharing.
Mentoring. Provided by Scientist / Entrepreneur / Co-founder of 6 Biotechnology companies.
Business Networking. Connect to over 100 companies, based on 18 years of pre-clinical Contract Research Organization activity in MA.
Contract Lab Services. Services include protein production, cell-culture, cell-based assays, biomarker analysis and animal studies (oncology and NASH models).
