The core staffs of ABH have gathered tremendous technical and programmatic experience through active engagement in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health and health related projects and programs in Ethiopia. ABH also enjoys an extended working relationship with highly qualified consultants specialized in various fields, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and national and international teaching and research institutions. Since 2010, ABH has been working with Jimma University, one of the major public universities of the nation, cooperating in different undertakings including joint project implementation and joint graduate training program in Masters in Public Health (MPH) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Courses in Addis Ababa. ABH is staffed by more than 25 full time and 30 part time staffs and has one of the most diversified pools of well over 500 consultants that work on deliverable basis for specific assignments and projects. ABH has a strong and proven logistic, infrastructure and technical capacity in delivering its services. ABH has its owns more than 20 field vehicles and more than 23 leased vehicles for more than 12 months period, estimated annual transaction of multi million USD and a G+3 building office facility. ABH has served a number of US government funded projects/organizations in Ethiopia such as FANTA II, JSI, Abt Associates, Pathfinder, IntraHealth, EngenderHealth/MARPS, PACT, JHU/TSEHAI, ITECH & ICAP and UN agencies such as UNICEF, WHO and WFP. With hands on experience of working with those organizations, ABH has shown significant growth in its technical, logistic, financial and other infrastructure capacity over the past 6 years.
