We work in close partnership with RWE Power International / TSG Ferrybridge to provide shot blasting, sponge blasting, thermal protection spraying & specialist coatings services to the Power Station industry in preparation for NDT / NDE inspection not just in the UK but also globally! We cover large & small outage projects across the U.K & Globally, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the UK (west Yorkshire) we have a purpose built grit blast facility which is capable of handling components up to 100 tonnes and 4.6m diameter. Lifting, cranage, moving & pulling equipment all inclusive. Blasting bay dimensions 20m x 7m x 6m Over several years we have developed specialist shot blasting methodology specifically designed to suit Power Station generation equipment. Through dedicated experience of the trade we have designed a shot blasting mechanism which aids turbine efficiency with proven results (patent pending). Our latest success was for Powertek - Egypt Power stations during their outage seasons across 2014/Jan 2015. As well as our shot blasting services we also provide a bespoke service unlike any other contractors; Design & manufacture blasting nozzles specific to individual jobs which require blasting of difficult area's.
