Our Philosophy: We are a “hatha yoga” studio which in English means we do yoga of the body — postures or asanas mixed with breathing techniques called pranayama and meditation. Simple, pure, and with no gimmicks, we teach yoga and Pilates and help you create the best you possible by bringing balance to your body and life — both in and out of class.
All of the classes and workshops at Namasté are multi-level. We offer Pilates mat class, private Pilates Reformer appointments, prenatal/postpartum Pilates, private yoga instruction (one-on-one yoga class with instuctor), hatha yoga (basic yoga, suitable for beginners), vinyasa yoga (hatha yoga flow, movement links poses), power yoga (intense yoga workout), and gentle yoga (for seniors, or those injured or limited.) We offer a FREE weekly restorative yoga class for cancer patients and/or their caregivers (pre-registration requires.) We also offer numerous and various workshops throughout the year, including stress reduction, belly dance, Yoga Booty Ballet, yoga for men and self defense.
