Elwood Miller was dramatically killed on July 25, 1999 in a jet ski accident at Buckroe Beach. His son Justin Miller, at the age of 18, withdrew from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA) and came back to run the business. He is currently still the President and majority stakeholder of ABC Health Care.
